Welcome to my new blog, Zest Regards. I am a former chef, armchair food scientist, and culinary engineer based in New York City.
While Zest Regards is the name of this blog, it is also the name of my cookbook. This is where my writing will live, covering recipes, foods, cooking methods, kitchen tools, culinary tips, restaurant reviews, and other topics. The writing will also live within my public website and Notion for continued and easy reference. Posts will occasionally be updated into a new edition to more thoroughly cover a topic.
